We’ve Lost Everything!

Lay not up yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal; But lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal; For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Who Packs Your Parachute?

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom [or what] shall I fear? The LORD is the strength [the Parachute] of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me in this will I be confident (Psalm 27:1-3).

Commitments, Choices, Decisions and Consequences

Are secular commitments, choices and decisions leading you outside your spiritual boundaries? Are consequences leading you to an ungodly path? Do you reminiscence about so-called “Freedom” you had without biblical rules? Is your mind captivated by the world that you long to return? If so, be aware that it would have been better for us not to have known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then to turn our backs on the sacred command that was passed on to us. Of them the Proverbs are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,” (II Peter 2:21-22)
