Cultivate A Spiritual Mindset: Day 4

Be mindful that Satan was a beautiful cherub angel, but God said to him, “Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So, I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings” (Ezekiel 28:17).

Final Thought

Actions can be deceptive, and the devil has approved everyone for an unlimited sin credit card to put us in debt to lose our soul. “What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul” (Mark 8:36-38)?

Colossians 3:12-17 and Psalm 12:2-4

  1. Such wise words and truth from the Word! The closer I am to Christ, the more the Spirit DWELLS in me, the better my “radar” for deception! I’m so thankful for friends such as you that sharpen my faith skills, support the Kingdom journey, and wish to show love and encouragement! It’s not easy! But the payoff is wonderful! May God bless you always~through the pain and the goodness. I pray daily! Love, Karla 💚🙏🏻

    1. Hello Karla, how was the camping experience? Thank you for your comment and you are definitely right about radar for deception. Some people make it so easy to detect when they think others are unaware, especially when you do not respond like they want you to–children’s games. I am all about doing God’s will so my payoff is a wonderful eternal life with our Heavenly Father. May He continue to sustain you through your trying times.

      1. That’s so beautiful, Tangie. 🩷 Amen. It was such a wonderful time, my friend. Any physical “residue” leftover (back, soreness, a bite? Lol) was worth it! God is so good and faithful! May you feel wrapped in his love and healing my friend. 🙏🏻💚

      2. Karla, agree with you that it was worth it, and you enjoyed it. I am excited for you and your friend. I do feel wrapped in God’s love with a new attitude with my passion for helping and talking to young women as an avenue to express themselves. This is why we must represent our Lord and Savior in righteousness; never know who is watching us.

      3. Tangie, this lifted my morning! God is using you for so many reasons! Yes, you never know who is watching and it’s important we show his love! I have found such confidence, even through this blog and those I’ve met, to share more and more! Happy Memorial Weekend. My “kids” and grandkids are all coming in. I’m so excited to be surrounded by them, even if for a few days. I overdid my back and one son said they’d help me with things. It touched my heart ❤️. I pray you are surrounded with love, healing, and lots of joy. 🙏🏻❤️🥰
