Busy Body (Satan)

“We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive. They are not busy; they are busybodies” (2 Thessalonians 3:11)

Busy Body comes as a roaring lion,
Starting mess between you and me.
His actions are loud and clear,
Influencing the itching ear.

What Busy seems to be saying,
May appear to have some truth,
But be sure as the sky is Blue,
He will add his two cents too.

Busy is always out there,
Come snow, sun or rain,
Trying to get as many Christians,
To ride his deadly train.

His devices are powerful,
And causes so much pain.
He does not discriminate,
No matter sunshine or rain.

He seeks Christians to cause division,
Fussing about politics and religion.
He influences us to hate one another,
Thinking bad of our sisters and brothers.

He will have us playing games,
Just to scandalize God’s name.
We must stay on God’s eternal track.
And not caught up in Busy Body’s game.

  1. Mercy! This blog is
CONFIRMATION, to a personal situation that I’m familiar with and you have thoroughly addressed, how God expects us to handle
    meddling and gossiping!

    1. Thank you, Doug, for Ephesians 6:10-18.
      It is sad to watch sisters and brothers-in-Christ turn against one another for the ungodly causes and unscriptural beliefs of mankind. 1 Peter 4:17-19; 1 John 4:1-21; Luke 22:31–34; Galatians 5:1-26; Ephesians 4:1-32; Ephesians 5:1-33; Genesis 6:1-22; Colossians 4:5-6;
