The Spiritual Purge

When you connect to the silence within you, that is when you can make sense of the disturbance going on around you. — Stephen Richards

Is your mind in a quiet place? If not, what reasons are there to allow our intellectual energy to be disturbed? Our physical energy to be painful? Our spiritual energy to be diminish? Do you recognize impurities and contaminates of the world?

Do you feel sometimes your life is on an emotional roller coaster? What about feeling suffocation by social media platforms, various forms of news outlets and people who serves no purpose on our spiritual journey? How do you proceed removing impurities and contaminates to focus totally on God?

Do we make time to filter out unnecessary distractions? How often do we admit ourselves into the Bible Hospital for knowledge and deep meditation? This hospital also allows us the truth to examine ourselves to see if we are truly in the faith.

In the spiritual hospital, we find renewed inner strength to be discharged with a diagnosis of saying goodbye to the noises of Satan’s influences. We must continue filtering impurities and focus on our spirit assignments and obedience to God.

The Bible is our filter, our solitude, these precious gifts are not to be consumed with unnecessary demands. Silence in the midst of communing with the Lord is crucial.

I am thankful the Word of God clean my mind daily. Very refreshing!

  1. Now that’s spiritual truth that needs to be practiced daily. silence and stillness deep into our soul and in letting the Word filter every part of our life. Daily. A moment by moment walking with God.
