Heaven On Eagle’s Wings

“The Eagle does not escape the storm. The Eagle simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It spreads its mighty wings and rises on the winds that bring the storm.” – Jack White

Spiritual Mother Copeland shared this beautiful prayer from Godly Woman Daily. “Dear Lord God, thank you for this fine day. I am so glad that you woke me up. I pray your presence over me. Thank you for going before me like a devouring fire and setting before me like a devouring fire and setting my path straight. Thank you for never giving up on me.’

‘I pray your will and plans over my life today. Be with me in my going about and coming in. Lead me throughout. Fill me with your peace and joy. Let me be a useful vessel for you. I trust You and I love You, Lord. Thank you for a bright and good future filled with hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.'”

I have been moving a little slow this week. I know my body very well but cannot figure out what is draining my energy. I saw the cardiologist yesterday and my blood pressure was extremely high, and she asked if I was stressed. I have scheduled upcoming appointments for full cardiac workup. When dealing with multiple medical conditions you are affected in ways unaware. My migraines are truly challenging.

I am scheduled to see my hematologist/oncologist next month and will ask for another iron infusion (my body refuses to absorb iron from foods); I am so exhausted. As stated in Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.”

I hope to catch up this weekend with reading and replying to new, old and missed comments.

  1. Blessings to you, my sister, interceding! May you rise, like an eagle, on His heavenly wings! I understand, my wife came home yesterday, after spending two weeks in the hospital!
