Blessings of Spiritual Mothers

If my mother, Lillie M.W.W., was still alive she would be pleased that I am under the wings of spiritual mothers. Do you have spiritual mothers?

Delight is a high degree of pleasure, or satisfaction of mind and joy. What brings you delight, satisfaction and joy besides the word of God?

For me, spending time with my family, with my spiritual mothers like we did yesterday and blogging with like-minded people. Also, fellowshipping with sisters and attending cultural events, activities, ballets and plays.

Sister Dickerson, Sister Copeland and my spiritual mothers in Alabama are identified in 1 Peter 3:4, “Having the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” God delighted me, a minister’s wife, with spiritual seasoned women who took me under their winds for continued growth and who have been giving me years of history, love, encouragement, support, and wisdom.

They are great examples of converted Christian women and wives on my spiritual and health journeys. (Titus 2:1-5)
