Keep Your Hope In God

When I want to feel healed, I release the pain from my thoughts to absorb the divine life with me. Then your light shall break forth like the dawn and your healing shall spring up quickly. (Isaiah 58:8)

I felt at times stated in Psalm 42:11, but I made choices not to allow it to deeply root in my mind; otherwise, I would be asking “Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me?’ How do we fight these feelings and suit up for diabolical forces on earth’s battleground?

I am one of many chosen people from a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession that [I] may declare the praises of Him who called [me] out of darkness into His wonderful light (1 Peter 2:9).

I will fight battles of pain, sickness and whatever evildoers throw my way. You see, my Father King God shields me from flaming arrows to destroy my soul. No! Satan! My Hope Is In God!

  1. I needed this post today. I had back surgery six weeks ago: s back fusion on lumbar region. I have feel twice and added to the pain. I am on oxycodone and trying to wean off narcotics and put my hope in God. It seems like you are fighting a battle with something bigger and I am too weak to fight back. But you scripture today reminds me to remind my soul that we put out hope in God no matter how hard the journey, Thank you.

    1. Regina, I wondered why I had not seen you online. I been there with back surgery. Satan’s wants us to feel weak to fight back, but our God knows exactly when the battle is His to intercede. We must step aside to all divine intervention). All glory to God you were comforted by today’s blog scripture. I am praying for your speedy recovery and overall health (mind, body and soul.)
