“The Spirit of Truth

“The Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept Him because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know Him, for He lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans. I will come to you.” (John 14:17-18)

“Before long, the world will not see Me anymore, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I Am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I Am in you. Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I too will love them and show Myself to them.” (John 14:19-21)

“There are four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. An important job had to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.” — Unknown

Final Thought

We would not have been SET FREE from the shackles of sin had Jesus told God it was not His life to be sacrificed for Everybody because He was sure Somebody could to it. Thank God it was not an option for Anybody because Nobody was sinless who could have died for the remission of our sins. Thank the Lord, He did not leave us as orphans, The God of Truth.
