Not My Will But Thine

“And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed saying “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not My will but Yours be done.” (Luke 22:41-22)

If we think the world is in trouble now just imagine had Jesus not been willing to do the Father’s will for the remission of our sins. The Godly Princess commented on one of my blogs yesterday and said, “His death certificate became my birth certificate.” I am thankful that Jesus paved the way for our birth certificate and our future Heaven citizenship.
