The Truth And Nothing But The Truth

“Put away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor; we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. (Ephesians 4:25-27)

Do you throw up your hands with fake news that is used to attract readers to boost ratings and entice high emotions of fear, anger, disgust and hatred for one another? Are we allowing our relationship with God to suffer by participating in ungodly and unethical behaviors orchestrated by demonic forces? Do we understand some eagerly await our demise in Christ using our behaviors as reasons not to be followers of Jesus?

Are we willing to jeopardize the salvation of our soul for those who too must bow before God on Judgment Day? Are demonic forces strings tied so tightly around minds causing us to stray farther from our Heavenly Father’s loving covenant? It is imperative to discourage the noise of this adulterous world that feeds what itching ears want to hear. (Mark 8:35-37)

We are witnessing finger pointing in the political arena and in the Body of Christ; perhaps we are guilty. However, we must be mindful of John 8:7-9 when Jesus said, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone.” (Romans 3:23) We must stay in the SON Light!

FINAL THOUGHTS

There is one Truth established with overwhelming evidence in the Doctrine of God. Whose behavior will we imitate–ungodliness or godliness? “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” (Romans 12:18).

  1. My dear friend, I wish to never point fingers, but just love as Christ loves. I understand your words well and wish the same. I wanted to see you this morning as I woke up praising God for a good day,…and for being here and being blessed by friends such as you. Love, hugs, and prayers always. 💛🙏🏻🤗

    1. Good morning, Karla. I often think of you in prayers and sometimes just wonder how you are doing. Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughtful comments. 🤗

Many years ago, I could see and point out other people’s flaws but did not see mine. My husband, who is a minister, brought my behavior to light while dating. He loved my soul enough to overlook how I might feel if he corrected me with book, chapter, and verse. I will always be thankful to him for his honesty but more importantly to God for allowing me to live for someone with a caring spirit to approach me with truth. I think about things like this often because I could have died in sin. We must love one another with truth and leave personal decision to change between them and God; but keep praying for change.

      1. What a beautiful testimony, Tangie. I just love you and your heart. What an amazing partner in Christ. I’m so thankful to have had such people as well. And when it’s a spouse~that’s just superb, Tangie! God bless you BOTH for your ministry. My grandfather and uncle were ministers. My precious grandmother helped guide me to Christ. 💛
