Resending: I am not sure what happened this morning, but today’s 6:30 AM blog did not go to e-mail subscribers.
Do we fully understand followers of Jesus are not immune from troubles in a troublesome world? Regardless of what we see, hear and experience, we are conquerors through Jesus who loves us. (Romans 8:37-39)
Do not fear. God is with us, and we are not to be distress. He has strengthened us but still uphold His righteous right hand to help in our time of need. Those who rage against us will be ashamed and disgraced and those who oppose us will be as nothing and perish. We will not find our enemies when searching for them. Fear! Why fear when we serve a living God? I will not fear those who wage war against me. (Isaiah 41:10-16)

We must keep our eyes on the prize and not be defeated or allow the world to conquer us. Let us continue to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. As a unified Body of brothers, sisters and followers of Jesus, the greatest role model in history, we become conquerors. (Philippians 3:14-18) (Romans 8:37)
TANGIE,
I say that as daily Affirmation, especially when I feel frustrated and defeated!
