Will your temple be ready for an unannounced dinner with Jesus, or must you tell Him to wait outside until you tidy up? Or would you tell Jesus to come another day when your temple is clean?

Why would we not be ready for a surprise visit from Jesus? Is it because we are in the midst of sin or in an unrepented state? Are we harboring hatred and malice in our hearts? What about jealousy? Pride? Envious?
Harboring an unforgiving spirit? Entertaining wolves in sheep clothing? Would we rush and mop away lustful thoughts? Or run to cover the entrance way with a rug to hide hypocrisy?
What about scripturizing with thankfulness and obeying His laws. Are we always striving to be ready for the unannounced second coming of Jesus like we prepare for everything else we deem important? Our temple should always be scripturize in steadfastness in the faith and not overcome with evil but with good.

FINAL THOUGHTS
The door of the Holy Spirit should always be ready for Jesus. Would you really miss having dinner with Him? Ready or not, Jesus is returning like a thief in the night without knocking on doors. Therefore, let us scripturize our minds in loving God and loving Him and one another.
Love the word. It is so deep. May God give u more wisdom

If we truly believe Jesus’ return is soon, may we be about the Father’s work while we still have time.

We are all well. Haven’t heard anything from my daughter about Eli. So I pray that no news is good news. We are still believing for a miracle. Thank you so much for your continued prayers. Love ya sis.

This post reminded me of a Song I heard growing up. “If Jesus Came To Your House”. Here is a link to the lyrics: http://www.godswork.org/enpoem4.htm
The song is on YouTube sung by Porter Wagoner.

I like this Tangie, scripturize. Thanks a lot for your empowering sermon. It’s easy to hold something against the world or dwell in continuous sin today and I pray for grace, not just for myself but everyone – grace to overcome and keep put temples clean for Christ’s coming because He is coming!

Great message! Definitely gives food for thought when you think about Jesus dropping by for an unannounced visit. I’d like to think that even if I was in an unrepentant state or in the midst of sin that I would still open the door with a repentant heart and not make Him wait. Love what you said about Scripturizing the temple. That is something we should all do on a daily basis. Thank you for such an encouraging word! God bless! ❤
