Better Days Are Coming

I don’t know about you, but some days are just hard. However, I find comfort in scriptures, the mind of God, to help get through tough days.

I never heard of Dermot Kennedy until my husband told me about this song. Dermot’s lyrics of encouragement touch me, and I know as a child of God better days are coming. We are blessed despite whining before getting out of bed because we stay up too late working or watching television. We are blessed despite our pains and aches. Most importantly, despite storms of life, God sustains His children on earth living amongst the dead in Christ.

FINAL THOUGHTS

I hope my lunch break impromptu blog encourages you to believe better days are coming. “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time. Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7)

  2. God knew my husband I needed reassurance once again and as I begin to read “The Words” of this blog to him, he immediately took a deep breath and said, But God!
    In other words Tangie, God urged us to be in like mindness! My husband and I less than 3 minutes said the same thing, God we know better days are coming for us! when this post flashed upon my phone. Unbelievable and perfect timing for you to blog God’s thoughts.
