“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace—as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people.” (I Corinthians 14:33)

Since God is a God of order, we should be too—right? Is divine order always at work in our lives? If not, what are ways we can maintain divine order lives?
Sister B. Copeland, one of my spiritual mothers, sent the below devotion on July 13, 2021; as you can see I kept it until inspired to use it.
My Life is in Divine Order
“’When I’m working toward a goal that gets derailed or postponed, it’s natural for me to feel frustrated or disappointed. Even as I process and honor those feelings, I remind myself that divine order is always at work in my life.’
‘I remember times when I was upset that my plans and hopes had fallen through, only to realize later that it really was for the best. I carry that awareness with me, and it helps me to accept the disappointments I may face now.’
‘Remember in divine order helps me realize my highest good is always on its way, even if I see no evidence of it yet. I trust this orderly process of manifestation and feel grateful for it.’”

Keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in His ways and keeping His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies. (I Kings 2:3)

Nul ordre divin ne me guide
le sacré laïque m’éclaire

Thank you for sharing this Tangie it is a very good reminder as sometimes it can be hard for us to remember that God’s timing is always perfect.

Hi Domeka, you are welcome and thank you for reading and commenting. Keep up the great work of inspiring me to get up and move. I will know exactly what I can do Lord willing on November 12 when I see an out-of-town spine specialist.

This realization and way of living is made obvious by those who remain quiet in the face of chaos. Too many today live in fear, rejecting this wisdom.
