Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; then stick to the path and stay safe. Don’t get sidetracked; keep your feet from following evil. (Proverbs 4:25-27)

I drafted several thoughts last night to blog but timing did not feel right for those topics. So, I send encouragement and a reminder to not allow the world to soak us in its germ fill sponge.
We must keep our mind shampooed and conditioned with biblical commandments to form our character to be Christlike and to continue leading us in the direction of godliness. This prevents handing over to the devil an open-door policy to overwhelm our thoughts and to cloud our spiritual vision.
Where is your focus today? If it is somewhere other than on GOD, then it is time to stop managing time and start managing focus. We rob ourselves of peace when we focus on today’s frustrations instead of focusing on Jesus’ promise to prepare a place for the prepared.

FINAL THOUGHT
People will attempt to tyrannize us but GOD is greater than people and the challenges we face. We can focus on positive solutions in the midst of difficult times instead of letting the world embed us in ungodliness. We must stay the course using the Bible as an eternal life support system to soak up that which is crucial to the salvation of our soul.
Amen set our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith 🙂

Thank you, Avran, for reading and commenting. We must remember GOD at all times because the devil uses people and things to distract us from walking in our godly purpose. I had the wrong mindset and that was the reason I was unable to blog my original topics.

I appreciate this post. I can account for several times, I have lost my Spiritual focus unintentionally, especially during the pandemic and I was redirected through the reading of the word of truth and prayer!

Thank you so much for reading and sharing feedback. You are definitely right about trying times and occasionally losing our spiritual focus. We are being tested to the core of our souls.

Short and sweet. Thank you Sister Tangie for a beautifully worded blog. Your message was so plain and easy to understand and apply. I pray that it reaches the ‘doubters’ and ‘misguided’ souls and that they return to the path of Truth. Amen.
