Personal Protection Order and Unfriending Satan

Do you believe there is nothing that can separate us from the love of God? According to Isaiah 59:2, there is something that can separate us from GOD. It reads “But your iniquities have separated you from GOD, and that our sins have hidden His face from us that He will not hear.” Are these two scriptures contradictory? No, sin separates us from GOD, but not from His love. However, His love does not mean approval of sins–consequences forthcoming.

“For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifices for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries” (Hebrews 10:26-27).

Acts 3:19 - KJV - Bible verse of the day - DailyVerses.net

Being separated from GOD does not mean we are eternally lost if we repent before everlasting too late. Our loving Father wishes no man to perish? GOD is love, if we abide in Him, He abides in us; and for that we should rejoice because all is not lost if we immediately repent. Why? “For GOD so loved the world that He gave His only begotten SON, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

FINAL THOUGHTS

Being separated from God is a choice we make as free moral agents. As converted Christians we are promised a new life in Christ under GOD’s protection. Remember that God protects and provides for us regardless of our personal hardships and struggles.

However, we must unfriend and flee from Satan and his demonic employees. How? Follow God’s Plan of Salvation. This is our only way to protect our soul; and the Bible is where we find how to unfriend Satan and acquire the Personal Protection Order [Plan of Salvation]. We unfriend people on social media so it should not be difficult to unfriend Satan from our lives.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Thank you, Sister Copeland, for the devotion below titled “I waited patiently for the LORD; He turned to me and heard my cry. Psalm 40:1.

“GOD loves us with a sacrificial love that escapes our human understanding, overwhelms our human selfishness, and humbles our human pride. Through the sacrifice of His on Son, Jesus Christ, mankind is delivered from the fate of eternal separation from GOD. When we are separated, bowed low and desperate, He hears our cry. When we are forgotten and despairing, He comforts our loneliness. And when, because of our own sin, we are wicked and depraved, He cleanses us of our offensiveness and make us suitable for glory.”

Thank you, LORD, for hearing me and coming to my rescue. You have delivered me, You keep me steady and safe. Let the song in my heart be a message to many today. END OF DEVOTION

  1. I agree. Repentance is so very important. That is how we imbibe our lessons and once the lesson is learnt there is no more need to suffer for that. It is such a pleasure to read your posts always. I had missed them
