Vincent Ehindero Blogger Award

Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken. — Oscar Wilde

I would like to thank Dragon Warrior for nominating me for the Vincent Ehindero Blogger Award.  Dragon Warrior has been busy during the quarantine writing first draft of an upcoming fantasy adventure novel, learning digital paintings and following lots of creative challenges. She stated “But I really missed you all.”

    1. I checked out your blog and followed you. You also listed my favorite scriptures, “So whether you eat and drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
      I Corinthians 10:31

Quoting from your page “Studying for God. Even though I may never use what I learned earned in some of my classes, schoolwork was the task God had set before me. Doing my best and not begrudging my schoolwork was actually serving him, although it may not have always felt that way!”

It always does my heart well when I see and hear young people speak of God. One of my upcoming blog is discussing the importance of seeing from spiritual eyes.

Thank you for reading my blog and I accept your award nomination. Be blessed.

  2. Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on this award. I feel compelled to share something with you. I always wanted to know how to really make a difference in people’s life. Reading a few blogs of people like you, something dawned on me. Sometimes, we only need to allow the omnipotence inside to do its job. Just be who you are. Thank you for spreading so many smiles in the world.

    1. Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts. I allow the Holy Spirit to inspire me to write. When I first started blogging, I decided to write what I thought was great; however, I failed miserably unable to pen my own thoughts.

I understood it was not about my thoughts but what I am instructed to do in Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Even though I share my health journey in my blogs, it is still not about me, but for others to be encouraged in keeping the faith and weathering storms while trusting God.

      1. Yes. Thank you. I do the same. In the Guru Granth Sahib the Lord says
“Surrender and I shall awaken. Help others also so that in their souls shall I awaken”
How amazing that by whatever name we may address , the omnipotence inside each is the same.
May the Divine bless you abundantly in your task. Always

  3. Congratulations. I like the way you described yourself. Obedience to the Lord is all that matters. Due to this lock down, many people are getting to like working at home. I would love to do that also, but my job requires me to be in the field. Blessings.
