Exposed, Infected and Contagious

What does it mean to be exposed, infected and contagious? It is to spread viruses and diseases from one person or organism to another by direct or indirect contact. Another definition is an emotion, feeling, or attitude likely to spread to and affect others. For example, her positive attitude is contagious.

We read in Luke 17:11-19, an account of ten men who had leprosy. In the Israelite community, a person with a rash or skin disorder had to be examined by the priest to be determined whether this was a contagious disease. Today, we are examined by medical professionals; and if tested positive, we would be referred to an infectious disease physician.

I received confirmation years ago that I had been exposed, infected and contagious. However, I refused then, and refuse now, to be declared unclean and quarantine. Some of you might think my behavior was, and still is, reckless. However, I disagree. As a matter of fact, I hope my condition becomes a worldwide epidemic.

There are many passages where Jesus healed individuals who had some types of infectious skin disease (Luke 5:12–14; Mark 1:40–42; Matthew 8:2–3; 11:5). In Luke 17, ten men called out to Him, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” Jesus gave them instruction to go show themselves to the priest. In faith, the men obeyed as they began to walk to the priest and were healed. Jesus always required faith on the part of the person who asked for healing. However, I will not be selfish and ask to be heal from my disease.

Instead, I will call on the Lord to heal all nations from all known diseases caused by wickedness. Will you help me call on the name of the Lord for worldwide healing? If you help me, you must believe that He can do this by demonstration of faith (Matthew 9:28; Mark 9:20–24). If the Lord decides to heal the world, we must show appreciation with godly sorrow and genuine repentance.

Yes, I am infected with the Fruit of the Spirit! Yes, I am contagious and seek no remedy for my renewed mind in Christ. Yes, I will purposely continue spreading my infection around the world. Ready or not, here I come to sneeze over you godly love, joy, peace, kindness, happiness, self-control and faith.

What about you? Have you tested positive? Are you willing to spiritually infect everyone you come in contact with? Remember, we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ to receive what is due to us for things done while in the body, whether good or bad. (2 Corinthians 5:10)

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. (Romans 10:13-18)

Thank you Dr. Jesus for my spiritual infection contracted many years ago exposed by studying your Word, obeying your Gospel and following Your plan of salvation. 

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)

  4. I hear you my sister, I definitely practice this every day, I refuse to agree with the devil on the subject of any infirmities, we are God’s property and WE MUST NOT ALLOW ILLEGAL OCCUPATION by the deceiver. AMEN, I stand with you in Jesus name.

    I was exposed years ago as well and I am glad there is no cure for this disease, in fact, I want this infection to grow within me and become contagious and it seeps through my pores and becomes airborne.

      2. I have health issues and is the reason I originally started blogging as an outlet but it turned out to be so much more than about me. Yesterday’s appointment was for my son. My pain management appointment was today and I will be writing a follow up blog today. Many bloggers have been keeping up with my conditions. The Lord is why I have endured for many years. Thank you for encouragement.

      3. God has kept you alive in this season for a reason. Healing is your portion. I decree and declare healing over your son too in Jesus name. God will never put His own servant to Shame.Trust this God to obey His word.
