Thursday, March 12, 2020, Selina nominated me for the Sunshine Blogger Award. I humbly accept my eighth blogging award. I am excited that the Holy Spirit inspired blogs allow many in various countries to be encouraged; as I am encouraged by many bloggers. I enjoy reading about different cultures and seeing unbelievable beautiful photos of countries I perhaps will not be able to visit.
My nine months on this blogging journey has been amazing and definitely surpassed my expectation. Thank you, Lord, for giving me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and take thirty-five years of technical writing for federal agencies and use it as an outlet and encouragement for others. I must thank my biggest supporters and encouragers for me to write, write and keep writing.
First, my awesome and wonderful husband, Felton D. Woods; and spiritual mothers, Barbara Copeland, Chenita Mathews and Essie Carr; our daughters Ashley and Audriana; sister-in-Christ and fellow blogger, Nicki Nichols, at https://mynicholsworth.blog/; the late Ruth Williams and to all of you for reading, following my blog and actively interacting with me.
Your encouragement and support mean to me more than words can express. As long as the Lord gives me life, I will continue following and supporting each of you as well. You have made this journey one I will not forget.
